One of the first things that struck me about Dave was his sensitivity towards people looking for better ways to do things. When I first joined the Mentors in Motion Xooma Marketing Team, Dave was one of the first people to extend a warm welcome. Soon afterwards I was asking if anyone had a recording of a traning session I had missed, and Dave's reply was so quick it made my head spin. Turns out he had already created a web page with links to downloads of all the most recent training sessions. Great idea. In doing this he made it easy for anyone to ensure their new members had the most recent and relevant training information easily available regardless of their schedule. Dave is obviously also a person who leads by example, and a brief phone convaersation with him was enough to show his enthusiasm for what he does and for helping others as well. I consider him to be a valuable ally, and one person that really makes me glad I joined this team. He epitomizes the concept behind "Mentors in Motion".
