I've had Peter work on various ad-hoc projects including CA State LLC filings, tax planning & personal tax reviews. He's definitely top notch!

I was mostly impressed with his up to date knowledge re: important State tax issues that directly impact my business. I would not hesitate in recommending Peter to anyone of my friends or business associates.
