I have known Eugene since he was an intern at a hosting company I worked for.
Aside from the usual "hard working" and "intelligent" comments I could make, which are extremely true, I can tell you this.

He LOVES this stuff!

His passion and dedication for Information Technology is what makes him an obvious choice for your business. His primary skill when I worked with him directly was network security. Eugene's skills were beyond good, and probably bordering on "freakish". He has a natural curiosity about him that not only pushes him to deeply understand the technology he works with already, but it drives him to embrace the unknown.

I can't say that he knows everything, but I can say that you would be doing yourself and your company a great disservice by not at least submitting an RFP, and discussing your needs in detail with Eugene.

I still seek his advice on security issues to this day, and it's been 10 years since we worked together.
