As a real estate agent whose primary business is lovely old vintage homes, I am often called upon to recommend an architect who is sensitive to preserving the past while incorporating the latest technology for the future. Chris Turley has been highly successful on both counts. In addition, my clients report a high level of satisfaction not only with the design and quality build out, but also with the care, communitation, and attention to THEIR goals throughout the project. Options and ideas were freely discussed. Chris met with clients frequently throughout the process. Costs were kept in line and deviations from the original estimate were clearly spelled out in advance. Perhaps the best thing I can say is that a year after the project was compleated, my client is still thanking me for referring Chris to do the job.
