I recently used Evan Kane as my real estate agent when I was looking to buy my first condo in Chicago. He was great! I have never purchased a home/condo before and he walked me through every step of the process, several times. I would definitely recommend Evan and/or Endeavour Reality to anyone buying or selling a home/condo in the Chicago Land Area.

Overall I was very pleased with my experience! We went looking almost every weekend and a couple of times after work. He picked me up on time and addressed all questions/comments from other realtors if they were at the available condo we went to see. He was very patient and always answered my emails and returned my phone calls in a timely manner. Evan gave me recommendations for other industry people I would need in the home buying process (attorneys, finance people and inspectors), offered his opinion when I asked for it and was honest about what he thought, as opposed to telling me what I wanted to hear. Most importantly, Evan listened to my "top 10 list" I was looking for in a condo and tried to meet all of the criteria. He said "we start with your ideal and eventually that will change" and it was true.
