After decades in the business Evan has shaken my definition of what to expect from a realtor. Evan works with clients with an intensity and maturity I have rarely seen in any business but particularly in Real Estate. He works with a ferocious passion applying his analytical abilities, market knowledge, network of contacts, and the courage to break with traditional techniques when they are either ineffective or not in his clients interest. Evan is a phenom. If you are buying or selling a prepaorty call all the other realtors you want to consider but do yourself a favor - call Evan before you make a decision. He will change your world.
