Evan Kane made me feel like I was receiving the special treatment reserved for family. On finishing my training, I decided to stay here in Chiago and purchase my first home. I really was clueless to the process, and pretty much doing it on my own. Evan helped me out every step of the way. He even functioned in the role of "older brother" and answered questions about mortgages, home ownership, neighborhoods, etc. He listened to what I wanted in my first home, selected excellent properties to view, and when the time came to place an offer on my first house, the process went smoothly. From finding a lawyer, to an inspector, to a locksmith, to a home owner policy for insurance, Evan was available for suggestions and recommendations. I felt that I was in great hands every step of the way, and I love my new home.
