Kim Possible!!! That should be her name! Kim is the most driven person I think I've ever met. She is so busy and yet takes the time to explain everything to anyone who asks. She did the refinance of our mortgage here, after a mix up in the last one (NOT KIM) we wanted a real pro (KIM). She takes the time to review your entire financial picture and puts you in a loan program that works best for you not the bank. She is very, very, very good at what she does. If your credit score isn't so good and you want to get a house??? Call Kim if she can't find a loan for you she will at least point you in the right direction to clean up your credit and start you on your way to owning that home!!
So if you are looking for an honest hard working mortgage loan broker, then look no further!!! Kim knows the low down on all the current interest rates available out there, she has her finger on the pulse of the San Diego real estate mortgage market. So if you want to purchase or refinance to lower that payment or maybe your APR is about to shoot through the roof.

Kim is the one you want!!

Kim can also do reverse mortgages!! And with all the bad hype about them it's a huge plus to have someone like Kim to explain all the ins and outs of this product. These are truly great loans for those who really need them to help out financially. She did a reverse for my neighbor and helped her out BIG TIME!

I can't say enough good things about Kim, she is like family!
