I've know Eugene since September 1999. In the time i've learned one thing about Eugene that stands out above all others is his loyality. No matter what has happened, no matter how much time has passed I know if I need him, he's there. I can call him just to talk, or for help, and he's always willing to lend a helping hand. The other major thing I know about Eugene is if says he'll do something, or he can do something, not only can he, not only will he, but he will do it and exceed you expectations.
