I came to know Phyllis when she Skyped me with reference to a class I had scheduled on Writing to Win.

I have found her to be very intelligent and willing and eager to accept a challenge. She has produced some excellent quality writing and made some podcasts. She is also now a Validated Veretekk Trainer.

The thoughts she has contributed have been insightful and motivating to others.

It is my good fortune to have met this talented and creative lady.
