In previous summers, one of the highlights in South Central Wisconsin had been the Madison Blues Festival. Unfortunately, as so often happens, politics destroyed the relationship between the city and promoter, leaving a huge void. Geoff and Whit recognized this void and took it upon themselves to fill it. What a terrific job they did! They chose a beautiful setting in Belleville, WI., signed an impressive blend of national and local acts, and a new tradition was born. I can't imagine the work that they put into this event, but my family and I hope that they will continue to do so. Thank you, Geoff and Whit, and continued success to you!
