Tim was very helpful to us as we were purchasing our first home as we really had no idea what to expect from a home inspection. Several things were pointed out that we would have never noticed had we not gone ahead with the inspection. The report was very easy to understand and the pictures and video really helped. Peace of Mind is what we had at the end of the inspection.
