My husband and I have had the pleasure of having our loans handled by Jimi Townsend on two occasions. One to purchase the house and the other to refi. We had not anticipated the process to be as easy as it was. When we bought our first home years ago we were young and had never done anything within the housing market and honestly I was scared. Jimi was there to ease our minds and explain everything to the fullest when we had any questions. She was patient with us and got everything done as promised. With our refi, she came through once again with a rate considerably lower than expected and now we will reap those benefits for quite a long time. We thank her for all that she has done for us and look forward to handing her more business in the future!
