Overall, purchasing my valances from Olde World Lace was a positive experience. My first choice pattern became unavailable, but I liked the second choice almost as well. The price was excellent and the delivery time wasn't bad. Communications were excellent -- quick response to a couple of email questions I sent. My only real complaint is that the lace edges look sort of ragged and unfinished -- something I didn't notice on the close-up pictures, but the pictures do actually show the edges accurately, so I cannot fault the business, just my own inattention. I think (hope) the lace will look fine on my windows once it's cut and hung. If I need lace in the future, I'll certainly shop at this site, but I'll pay more careful attention to the detail in the pictures, so I won't be surprised.

Update: the valances are up and they look great! I am very pleased.
