Barry is my mentor and friend. I met him 3 years ago when I joined his team.
At that time I had no idea of what to expect but I had had previous mentors whom I thought and still think are fantastic, so Barry had big shoes to fill.
As a mentor Barry has been inspirational, a great teacher and a fantastic leader. His method of teaching and training is positive, affirmative and extremely effective. He has been there for me in everyway possible over the past few years and his belief in me has been a beacon for me to follow. He certainly has surpassed my expectations and continually does so on a daily basis.
It is my greatest pleasure to interact with him and I always leave with a smile.
He ranks up there with the best of the best and it certainly been my blessing to have met him and work with him.
