Review #1773
Joachim Simon has been working at T-Mobile Germany from 1 March 2002 until 30 March 2003 as a project related free-lance employee.
Due to the internationalisation of T-Mobile, the Competence Center for Human Resources Development initiated the challenging project “International HR-Development at T-Mobile”.
We managed to acquire Mr Simon for this project.
Mr Simon's activities included the following:
- Planning, implementing and evaluating a survey needed on “International HR offers” at t-Mobile international
- Developing new T-Mobile-specific HR offers (e.g. international team development)
- Finding and selecting trainers and consultants
- Planning, implementing and evaluating training sessions
Mr Simon has extensive knowledge in his subject area.
His excellent knowledge in the area of team and personal development and his very good command of the English language deserve particular praise.
Mr Simon is immediately able to understand difficult situations accurately and find the right solutions quickly.
He constantly shows initiative and his deep commitment is impressive enabling him to fully cope with a heavy workload.
His judgement is defined by his clear and logical method of thinking which allows him to make sound decisions.
Mr Simon works reliably and precisely all the time. He has a confident and independent command of his area of responsibility, has innovative ideas and finds optimal solutions.
His performance can be summarised as very good.
His personal conduct is always exemplary. He is greatly valued by superiors, colleagues and customers.
We would like to thank him for the valuable work he has carried out so far and wish him continued success in the future, professionally and personally.
