Brian Clayville is amazing ! Amazing that is at responding immediately with confidence and proficency when we called him and suprised him by telling him we made an offer on another home 3+ months ahead of what we had intended to do originally. To really top it off we told him we promised the seller we could close the loan and the deal within 3 weeks ! Brian did it and was there with us every step of the way including the last minute scrambles to secure a better loan than originally anticipated. It is rare to find someone whom you can trust and even rarer yet to find someone that actually does what they say...but Brian Clayville is that guy. We have recommended him to multiple other friends, realtors and associates over the past few years and will continue to do so.
