As a tenant of a property managed by Kathryn, I've been totally unsatisfied by every interaction I've had with her. I've rented from plenty of companies, and this is one to AVOID.
Kathryn views her tenants as a terrible inconvenience. She makes it nearly impossible for tenants to contact her, and if you do manage speak to her she is patronizing, rude, and unreasonable. She will not take responsibility for any mistake she makes (she states this ahead of time), but she charges huge punitive fees given the slightest excuse- you can even be charged fees for trying to contact her on the wrong phone line. Her other tenants tell me she's taken them to court for large sums of money over ridiculous issues. She uses a maintenance crew who can't seem to fix anything, and sometimes break things that worked before. I really have nothing good to say about her property management skills- don't let this woman manage your property when there are plenty of good landlords out there who don't treat their tenants like scum.
