Steve Fretzin and Sales Results Inc. are the best thing that's happened to my company in a long time. My company, Bizar Entertainment, has been a successful business for fifteen years. Like most owners of a small company, I am not only in charge of sales, but also many other divisions. After sales peaked in 2001, I lost two of my main team members-one who started his own business. Simultaneously, more and more competition has crept into my niche industry and my sales fell 33%. The good news is that I was still making money and my company was still doing a great job for our clients. However, I need a change. I needed a spark. I needed a coach. I needed Sales Results Inc.

When I first met Steve I loved his no pressure approach. I also was intrigued by his guarantee to double my sales. Not only would I regain my 33% but I would be back to my 2001 numbers. The bottom line is that his sales process worked on me-and I am a skeptical and tough customer.

My goal was not only to double my sales, but also to save time, and to feel invigorated about my company and the sales process.

In the three months since I've been in the program, things at Bizar Entertaiment have changed dramatically. First, we have saved money and time by not sending out information (or too much of it) to clients. The only thing my staff is concerned with is setting up appointments.

Second, once we have an appointment, we are always in control of it. We set agendas, stay on track, and really develop relationships with prospective partners.

Third, the "Blackbelt System" that Steve uses also teaches you to work clients towards a no if they aren't a fit. Everytime I have done this so far the client has debated me and convinced me that they were a yes!

Finally, Steve is a great coach. Anytime I have a problem on anything I know he is there to help me. He has already gotten me some events and given me some great advice.

Ill leave with a short story. In the past, when someone has cancelled our services, we directly tell them what to do and then that's it. Now, I go out of my way to say "Keep us in mind for the future" and "If something comes up where you need me I'll be there for you even if you don't use me". Recently, I had TWO clients who had cancelled come together to rebook my services. Why? First, because they know we are great. Second, because of how I handled it when they cancelled. I was always a good guy, but I didn't always have the big picture of getting referrals in mind.
