Lisa is a very devoted and a very artistic teacher of Pilates. I am 49 yrs old and have enjoyed all forms of sports. I have become so fond of pilates for it has touched muscles I didn't know I had. Lisa help find them with a lot of patience and perfection. She is very professional and shows tremendous knowledge in this form of exercise as weil as breathing. I am breathing all day now that I learned how. I play tennis, waterski, snowski, etc and with Lisa's help and the world of Pilates I will be doing all of these sports for many years to come. She's great !
