Friendly, well-connected in business community, Steve and the black belt system make sense out of selling. He uses a common sense system for creating urgency and driving a sales dialogue to a prompt yes or no and along the way overcomes the hurdles and delays that impede getting to a decision. This is a relational, needs-based approach that is applicable to any type of sales situation.
