I am on the Nursing Care Institution Administrator's & Assisted Living Managers' State Board in Arizona. I have been an RN since 1981. I now own an Assisted Living Home. When I wished to take the step to increase my marketing to include a Web Page, I asked a friend, who owns our ISP, who he would suggest. He forwarded me to a couple of people, one of whom was Raquel Bell. I contacted everyone.

Raquel was the most sensitive to my needs & the most professional from the very beginning of our professional relationship. When we set our first meeting, our personalities clicked immediately. She intuitively seemed to understand what direction I wished to go with my web site. I'm functionally computer literate, but Raquel helped me get everything just the way I wanted it.

The industry of Health Care is different from most businesses: my marketing plan MUST include the personal factor, as we are responsible for people's lives. And the web site MUST be professional, since I am on the State Board with oversite of the other Nursing Homes & Assisted Living Homes in the State.

I must say, my web site is one of the most professional looking, easy to navigate that I have had the pleasure to search. The web site is very clear regarding the philosophy of our facility, but has increased my business 50% in the short time I have had it up & running. If I had known a web site would have such an impact, I would have done this MONTHS ago!

It is a joy to work with Raquel, & I refer others to her when they are investigating the feasibility of putting up a web site.
