Carmela has an excellent eye for detail and is creative with the guidlines given on projects. She is explicit, communicative, very easy to work with, and meets deadlines. We are very lucky to have found someone of her ability and talent. She has worked on several projects for our company and each of them have gone beyond our expectations.
