I was with my friend when OJ was helping him purchase his first house and I always felt more knowlegdable after spending time with him. I decided to look for my first house and gave OJ a call. he spoke with me at great lenghts about my want's and needs and was honnest about every detail. He even sat down with me and helped me with the numbers and showed me how every thing worked. the further along in the process, the more I saw that he had laid out everything in bite size pieces so that I wasn't overwhelmed. I had many questions and he told me to call anytime to ask even the smallest question. I never felt pressured at any time and would seriously recomend him as an agent especially for the first time buyer. He has a great reputation, does a lot of work behind the scenes and has many great contacts due to his vast knowledge and experience in the business. I am greatful for all of the time he has spent with me and has never made me feel like he was too busy for a phone call or meeting and will deal with him in the future for sure. A+++++!
