Susie is an outstanding coach and mentor and has helped me considerably in the way I approach my work. She has a warm, friendly approach but do not confuse this with not being provocative. On many occasions she has shone her torch into the cobwebby recesses of my mind - where I didn't really want to go - in order to move me forward. She is challenging to the right degree, always holding me safely whilst allowing me the time to explore and reflect, and come to an understanding of myself.

I always looked forward to our sessions, and came away with a real buzz that I was now going to really get going and do what needed to be done. Susie is effective because she maintains that the agenda is mine, allowing me to state the purpose of each session. She checks with me if I appear to be going off-subject and keeps me focused on what my stated goal is, at the end of each session holding me accountable for the decisions I have reached.

I recommend her heartily and put faith and trust in her to stay in her non-judgemental and non-directive zone. I am achieving amazing results now, beyond my wildest dreams and I can only thank Susie for the helpful support she has demonstrated to me.
