As a client i would not recommend Ms. MacGerahty or her company Blue Sage to anyone. Kathryn always seems to busy to deal one on one with her clients. In addition, she is a very flaky person. As a tenant she disallowed us to participate in a final walkthrough at the end of a lease, and then charged us for repairs that she was unable to show us and describe. I would never recommed her to any one, and am likewise submiting a letter to the National Association of Realtors and the National Association of Residential Property Managers as well as the Denver chapter.
