I have worked with Talbert Morton on Several transactions and he has always been the most down to earth mortgage broker while being a pro. Doing business with someone who knows what they are doing while being a great person is a double win for the Buyer, Seller & Agent(s). Even though the umbrella of my company urges me to use their affliates, I always give out Talbert's number. I delt with Big Name Banks who have no time to keep you in the loop and it sucks not knowing about the ups & downs of your loan. Talbert is there with updates and keeping my clients & I in the loop of what is needed for a smooth transaction. AAA+++
