Buying our house was the biggest investment we've ever made. We can't think of any mortgage broker we'd trust more in handling our most valuable asset than Kip Kennedy.

He's straight forward, timely, honest and forthcoming. He explained everything in clear detail, constantly updating us on the progress of our loan and never was more than a phone's call away.

Kip took the time to contact Farmers Insurance for us regarding insurance coverage for our new home. He was present when we signed our papers, making sure everything went smoothly just like it was planned. And in the end, after all his work was done, he sent us gift thanking us for our business.
