Eugene is a very dedicated, trustworthy, hardworking, detail oriented individual. I have been working with him for over a year now and have learned alot about him as a professional as well as an individual.

I would recommend him to anyone at anytime. He knows his business well and has no problem answering any questions you may have at anytime which, in my opinion, is very rare.
As a mortgage consultant I have been working with him on investment properties which is how we met. I am in the process of going off on my own and will be having Eugene set up my website.

As a real estate investor I am very familiar with the words "assets" and "liabilities" and in my humble opinion Eugene is an asset.
