One of the important reasons for the choice of GretagMacbeth as the supplier of Colour Instruments and software for Tremco Ltd. is the local support that was there in our startup and continues very strong today. I have worked with Dan Williams of Prism Instruments, based in Pickering Ontario as the representative for GretagMacbeth for the last 10 years. I find his knowledge of the products and software he is selling to be on the expert level. He is always willing to go the extra step to help out in computer related issues that always seem to come up with new software changes. I can not imagine another rep. being more qualified.
