I have always seen myself as a "left brain" person and never felt the need to step outside my self imposed sandbox until I experienced a series of losses and pretty much hit the wall. The old "rational" mind was only making things worse. Still, it was with a fairly high degree of apprehension that I decided to work with Katherine. Our work together is one of the most liberating experiences of my life. She is warm, extremely insightful and has a gentle humor that I find most refreshing. Her ability to mix the practical with the experiential always leaves me feeling peaceful and connected to the universe in a profoundly healing way. She helps me find a balance that frees me from over-dependence on the intellect, and that has made all the difference. I am so grateful she is in my life.
