My boyfriend and I met OJ while he was going an open house for another couple. At the time, Scott and I were considering another real estate agent, but we didn't feel that she understood what we were looking for. After meeting OJ at the open house, Scott and I decided that we felt better about him and wanted to give him a call and see if he could take us on. OJ helped Scotty and I find our perfect first house. We really trust him and felt that he always knew what he was doing. He was honest with us and would let us know his concerns regarding some houses and not just trying to make a sale. He was always readily available and accomodated us well. We felt he stood up for us within the final negotiations and helped us get what we were looking for.
