My vision to begin this business actually came to me quite suddenly. As I began my second year of graduate school, I realized that my current job, was just that ..a job,and I needed more. For years (seven to be exact) I volunteered and worked for non-profit organizations , I even joined a co-ed community service fraternity during my undergraduate college years. My desire to work with non-profit organizations is directly connected to my ever –growing relationship with Christ and the belief that we are here to serve so that we may be prepared to serve him in his kingdom. I later learned that this was my thrill and my duty, to become a Christ-filled humanitarian. So, I asked myself, “Why not create your own business in which you can serve the people who serve others and use it as a vehicle to share the love and goodness of our God ?” And so it was created…Paragon Planning, an event planning business for churches, non-profits, and small businesses that allows for creativity without compromising your budget !
