Hello.
First I would like to thank you for taking a minute to review my bio.
My name is Scott Nelson and I reside in Vineland NJ, located in southern New Jersey. I am currently a MORTGAGE CONSULTANT with a local mortgage company, Best Interest Rate Mortgage. Our company is licensed in NJ, PA, DE, MD, CT, GA, MA, VA, FL, and CA.
I take great pride in what I do and always go an extra step above and beyond the competition. Just the other day I spoke with a client that was looking to consolidate some debt and unfortunately her credit score was too low to work with. Any other consultant would drop the lead and move onto the next client, that IS NOT what I did. I studied the credit report and found some small fixes that would help to bump her credit score up, I then created her an excel spreadsheet showing what she and her husband bring in a month compared to what their expenses are. When you have everything in an organized spreadsheet it makes it easier to stay within a budget than to keep track of it in your head. The client was blown away that I would go above and beyond to help them although no loan was being processed at the time. I intend to help them during the recovery process, getting a loan to fit their situation, as well as keeping in touch with them after they receive the loan. I have a philosophy, "Customers for Life"; when I work with you on a loan I will be your ONE AND ONLY contact thereafter.
