I am happy to be with owners that embrace technology as well as full service to both buyers and sellers of real estate.
I am currently an Associate Broker / Agent Support for Virtual Properties Realty. I also a Licensed Professional Auctioneer in the state of Georgia. Additionally, I hold an Associate Broker's license in the state of Alabama. I was the Qualifying Broker / Auctioneer for Platter Realty, LLC / REBidNow.com and Associate Broker with Virtual Properties Realty -- one of the largest and fastest growing privately-owned real estate companies in GA. I am a full time real estate broker and Auctionner, listing and selling previously-owned and new residential, land and commercial properties. I have a team in place to take care of all of your real estate needs. I was a recruiter and have been the point of contact for Virtual Properties Realty real estate agents to answer commercial real estate questions and a Land Manager for Georgia Land Solutions (GLS) (sister company to Virtual Properties Realty involved in purchasing, selling, investing in land).
I was the one-on-one Trainer for real estate agents of one of the largest independently owned, non-franchise real estate companies in Georgia (at the time) with over 700 agents in 5 offices.
I took my first real estate course in 1975. I was licensed in Texas in 1985 and have been licensed in Georgia since 1990.
From 1990 to 1994 I worked as a Contract Specialist with the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) / Resolution Trust Corporation (RTC) and was responsible for putting auction contracts in place which sold 300 to 500 houses (also land and commercial properties) per week for over 3 years, generally bringing 97 cents and more on the dollar of appraised value -- equivalent to making the million dollar club DAILY for over 36 months!
I have an Associate of Arts (AA) degree, College of Public and Urban Affairs in Legal Systems, as well as a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Professional Development / Management.
I was named to Who`s Who Among Students in American Universities & Colleges. I attended Georgia Tech on a full academic scholarship.
I am single again. I have twin daughters and a married step-daughter.
I gladly represent Buyers and Sellers throughout the Metropolitan Atlanta area.
