My name is Jimi Townsend and I am currently the Branch Manager for the Edmonds base of Guild Mortgage. I previously owned Elite Mortgage and Processing but chose to expand my company and join a mortgage lender. Though the Elite name is gone, we carry all the traditions of educating our clients and placing them in the best home loan for there needs. I have over 16 Years Experience in the Mortgage Industry. My staff and I specialize in processing Conventional, FHA and VA Loans. Our TEAM, in Edmonds, are always looking for new loan officers to join our team. Due to the fact we specialize in processing, it gives independent loan officers the security in knowing their loans will always be handled with the most professionalism as well as they will have very fast closings.
Because we are now considered a Mortgage Lender, and Not a Broker, we have the opportunities of utilizing all of the Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and FHA loans available. WE can lend down to a 600 score, and we have also unveiled a Jumbo product as good as any others out there.
