Hello from Blanco,Texas. I'm a Lifestyle and Wellness Advisor, an Energy Bodyworker, I own and operate a natural food store here, and I'm also a musician. It's a small town-- Guess it's a good thing I enjoy wearing lots of hats :-)
My personal spiritual transformation has been ongoing, and I feel like I learn something new and wonderful every day. But truly, things really got rolling in the early '80s - when I went through what the world terms a "nervous breakdown."
For me, it was like wiping the slate clean.
A couple of years of psychotherapy helped me to remember that I was a spiritual being. I began my search... and the Real Work.
Massage school was an awesome-- literally, I was full of awe-- experience that I would absolutely recommend to anyone interested in wholistic health (whether or not you would ever want to actually start a practice). I "accidently" learned about emotional release through bodywork, and was led to my amazing meditation teacher. She taught me about Quantum Physics and more bodywork techniques-- what a combination!
Then, a Reiki Master, herbal teachers, pendulum work... my entire life seemed to be ever-expanding as I discovered/uncovered/created my niche.
I moved to the Texas Hillcountry (a life-long dream), re-established my practice here, and eventually opened a natural food store. As they say, the rest is history....
