Having worked with India’s top ranked software company, Infosys Technologies Ltd. and China’s first CMMI Level 5 Company, I have had exposure to a variety of clients in Asia, Europe, Caribbean and America. With the market shift inclined towards India and China, the Business model for IT companies worldwide has changed significantly. In an effort to understand the business trends in Asia better, I have pursued my MBA in Hong Kong, which is a hub for companies in Asia. I spent a semester at the Haas School of Business in Berkeley, CA wherein I worked with companies in Silicon Valley and gained the ability to compare Asia with America.
In my current role at HSBC, I assist the Strategy group in developing the overall Direct strategy for SMEs in selected regional markets by researching and understanding the dynamics of SME and Direct markets to enable the development of an effective proposition.
