Endeavor Realty uses incentive to create a service where buyers and sellers of real estate can feel safe, secure in the knowledge that reaching their goals is the ultimate goal of their agent.

Our agents’ compensation is based solely on the satisfaction of our client after the completion of their transaction.

Agents at other real estate companies will receive what ever commission they have negotiated with their broker as long as they can get their buyer to buy or their seller to sell, even if that client is ready to sue!

At Endeavor Realty, after the close of a transaction our client grades their agent. It is that score which determines the compensation their agent will receive.

"Endeavor Realty was very good to me. They were patient, worked with my schedule, and accomodated the many changes that my interest took!

They offer the most comprehensive website for searching homes and condos. The website is easy, accessable, as well as specific enough to have kept the search within my searching desires.

I would recommend this site and service to anyone I encounter in the Chicagoland area!

"Evan did a GREAT job of helping us find a new home. We were relocating from Hyde Park--Chicago--to the northern suburbs.

Evan knew the area well.

He was patient with us as we searched a wide geographic area, and changing requirements/desires. He did a great job of helping us find a home that fit our needs and dreams.
