I have graduated from Georgetown University Law Center, JD, and currently am working in Korea. My specialty covers drafting and negotiating terms of investments, mostly debt investments: asset-backed securitization, project financing, and other structured financial deals. But, I also do equity financing, in the context of restructuring, company reorganization and venture. And, I enjoy nonstructured financial transactions such as swap and loans.
