The bankers responsible for founding Richmond Park Partners include former Dresdner Bank executive, Werner Grub; Andrew Pisker, formerly Chief Executive of Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein; and Scott Mead, former Partner and Managing Director at Goldman Sachs. The three are all veteran bankers with a wealth of experience, knowledge and expertise.
The services offered by the bank include restructuring, stock issue consulting services and advice on merger and acquisition. Additional consulting services are provided in the fields of buyout, and management of wealth and assets. The firm’s main clientele is drawn from middle market companies, as well as those in the growth stage.
