Drawing on more than two decades of experience with the United States Navy, Mark Divine currently serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer of US Tactical, Inc., a company he founded in 2001. In this role, Mark Divine works closely with military and law enforcement agencies to provide them tactical supplies and services. Mark Divine developed the United States Navy SEAL mentor program which has been instrumental in growing the force of Navy SEALs. In addition he launched the SEALFIT Training Center and System where he helps clients worldwide develop mental toughness, elite fitness and leadership skills. Mark Divine also possesses considerable experience in the field of business and finance, having served as a CPA with Price Waterhouse Coopers and as the Division Director of Management Resources for Robert Half International, a consulting firm responsible for recruiting and placing top-level executives in interim positions. From 2002 to 2004 Mark Divine served as Adjunct Professor of Leadership at the University of San Diego, where he taught courses in outdoor leadership before being recalled to Active Duty for Operation Iraqi Freedom.
In addition to his work with US Tactical, Inc., Mark Divine serves as a SEAL Commander in the United States Navy Reserves. In this capacity, Mark Divine has developed complex training programs used by Navy SEAL Teams to train for complex combat situations. As the primary developer of the Naval Special Warfare/Special Operations Mentor program, Mark Divine helped grow the membership ranks of the Navy SEALs by 30% over a 5-year period. Prior to his Reserve service, Mark Divine served for close to nine years as a Navy SEAL in locations across the Far East and Middle East. After serving as Assistant Platoon Commander and Platoon Commander with SEAL Team Three, Mark Divine assumed the post of Assistant Operations Officer and Task Unit Commander at SEAL Delivery Vehicle Team One.
Mark Divine holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance from the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at New York University. Before enrolling at NYU, Mark Divine earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Colgate University in Hamilton, New York.
