Raul Legaspi and his associates at Sterling Affilia assist institutions of higher education in creating enrollment management plans and developing further solutions for helping recent graduates with career placement. Sterling Affilia, which Raul Legaspi joined in 2008, boasts among its clients many of the top colleges and universities in Mexico, as well as many start-up institutions deemed critical to the continued growth of the Mexican economy. Raul Legaspi’s expertise in the field of marketing has been instrumental in the inception of another solution offered by Sterling Affilia: integrated communications campaigns designed to broadcast participating institutions’ strengths to prospective students. Raul Legaspi earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey in 1977. In 1979, Raul Legaspi graduated with a Master of Arts in Economics from El Colegio de México and later received a Master of Business Administration from Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey.
