I have advised people on credit for over 5 years, I mainly focus on credit cards and specifically getting people with bad credit history reasonable interest on their credit cards; this is done through negotiation with creditors and improving of credit rating.
Most people who want a credit card can not get one because they have no credit record, the trouble is, you need something like a credit card in order to establish a credit record, so it becomes a chicken and egg situation. when they come to us, we find lenders that are willing to give them credit cards regardless of their lack of credit record, from this they can start to build their credit.
