The company's three operative divisions are Gilat Network Systems (GNS), Spacenet Rural Communications (SRC) and Spacenet Inc. Satlynx SA, a supplier of broadband communications to European corporations, home businesses and residents via satellite, is another company that Joshua Levinberg co-founded. He was the company's first Chairman of the Board from 2002-2003. GE acquired the company and it now operates under the name GE-Satcom.
