Licensed Private Investigator Ray Polly has worked on insurance fraud cases since 1979, personally managing all aspects of the process from interviews and surveillance to completing reports. Currently licensed by the Bureau of Security and Investigative Services in the State of California, Ray Polly is also licensed in Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, and Arizona. In the mid 1990s, Ray Polly accepted a position at FACTICON, Inc., and was quickly promoted to Field Supervisor. In this position, Ray Polly was responsible for training and supervising the company’s field agents in several Southeastern states. After two years, Ray Polly was promoted to the position of Regional Manager of Northern California. As Regional Manager, Ray Polly was responsible for controlling the finances of multiple offices, providing training for local agents, and overseeing all cases that came through FACTICON, Inc. In 2002, Ray Polly resigned from his Regional Manager position in order to develop his personal surveillance company OnVideo, which he had established in 1991. Ray Polly continues to serve clients through OnVideo and also acts as a Field Agent for Claims Bureau USA. An experienced Investigator, Ray Polly has contributed to training manuals for field investigations, surveillance, and special investigative units (SIUs). Having worked on a wide range of cases, Ray Polly has provided assistance to multiple government agencies during the prosecution of insurance fraud committed by individuals, organizations, and legal and medical professionals. Ray Polly has personally testified in both federal and state courts, as well as inWorkers’ Compensation Appeals Board (WCAB) hearings and arbitrations.
