I am an intellectual property rights attorney. My practice is somewhat divided between two groups; I provide specialized intellectual property and corporate services to businesses and law firms, and affordable general legal services to the public.
My specialties comprise, but are not limited to: patent, trademark, and copyright searching, registration, and licensing; FDA and FTC compliance counseling; litigation and settlement negotiation; document review and contract drafting; corporate structure counseling; drafting of articles of incorporation and bylaws; profit and loss structuring; sale of equities; real estate acquisition, sales, and management; warranty and product liability management; and regulatory compliance.
My general services include: litigation, personal injury, family law, bankruptcy, evictions, simple wills and trusts, DUIs, medical marijuana, and just about anything else with the exception of tax disputes and felony criminal defense.
I price my services at flat fees and low hourly rates; I will consider taking stock in exchange for services and I occasionally provide pro bono services for deserving low income clients.
