I was born and raised in Washington State. I have enjoyed serving the people of Washington as a mortgage provider for over six years, and have been in the sales industry for over eleven years with the desire to benefit my customers. I originally started as a Mortgage Broker with a top wholesale brokerage in Issaquah. From there, I moved closer to home to work for a Fortune 500 Bank in Seattle as a banker. In this position, I was one of the top bankers in the nation and helped people manage their financial portfolios. As my career grew and to be more involved with my local community, I went to work for another Fortune 500 Bank in Everett as a Relationship Manager where I specialized in networking personal and referral business. Shortly thereafter I was offered a position with a local Mortgage Brokerage in Lake Stevens. At this Mortgage Brokerage we were partnered with a Real-Estate office where I ended up handling and coordinating all purchase & refinance transactions. From there I was promoted to Branch Manger and was in that position for two years until I decided to open a mortgage branch.
Now as the Branch Office Advisor under Home Town Lending I am now able to offer my clients access to over 100 banks' and investors' wholesale rates. This way I can ensure my clients are getting the best deal possible for their financial needs. I have put many things in place to help my clients no matter what their situation is, from credit repair kits to faster quality control systems. I strive for customer satisfaction and will continue to increase our personal and referral business. As the Branch Office Advisor and a Loan Originator it has been my goal to keep working on better ways to keep our clients informed at every stage of their loan process, so they are assured their needs are being handled in a fast, honest, efficient and professional manner, plus making sure they are informed of the newest trends in financial lending.
