"As a tenant of a property managed by Kathryn, I've been totally unsatisfied by every interaction I've had with her. I've rented from plenty of companies, and this is one to AVOID.
Kathryn views her tenants as a terrible inconvenience. She makes it nearly impossible for tenants to contact her, and if you do manage speak to her she is patronizing, rude, and unreasonable. She will not take responsibility for any mistake she makes (she states this ahead of time), but she charges huge punitive fees " more...
