"My daughter took her computer to the help desk because she spilt coffee on the keyboard. They told her the motherboard was fried and made an offer to keep her computer for parts in exchange for transfering her hard drive to her new computer. I told her the computer was only 6 months old and to bring it home and I would look at it. I hooked up an external mouse and keyboard and the computer worked flawlessly. " WOW, what a great little company! I was having all kinds of problems with my PC. All the employees there that I talked to were very kind and knew how to simply explain in terms that I could understand what could be wrong. I was TOTALLY suprised when I received a call, telling me that nothing was wrong with my tower, and that they would be able to come to my home and check out other parts of my computer system.
